Absolutely - he's just trying to set expectations but some posters latch on to stuff like that, treat it as Gospel and use it to feed their own negative narrative

I'd imagine Xhemajli will get some u23 games as soon as their season starts

We all know what happened with Ellis short throwing money away.
Anyone who thinks KLD is being mean with money only need look at the infrastructure he is building up.
And again, anyone disgruntled at the lack of players getting signed whilst waiting for the right ones.
The last time I remember that happening at the club was when Peter Reid got stick for it.
And we all know what happened there too :emoticon-0148-yes:

That doesn't happen very often though does it it was the strength of Keane character got us up more than anything imo. Same with mic mac a couple of years earlier. LJ has many things going for him but you wouldn't think of him in same way as Keane. He'll be trying to outthink the other teams. I'm confident if we give him the tools to do the job search can acomplish promotion.

It could be that those on top of our list aren't going to move. I the case we may need to move elsewhere. We could even look to sign alternatives to get movement on our prime targets. It all depends on how long our list is, I'd expect it nit just to have one player for each position.

If we're waiting around for clubs to say x player is available it's very risky imo as they may choose to keep then past august. We've 2 or 3 positions were desperate for and need more than 1 player for. Take the Liverpool player as an example. Should we have pulled out fir another player as is reported or signed both. A bird in the hand and all that.

Whatever they're doing its not helping the side right now I think we can all agree on that.

The fact we won Saturday says we aren't desperate atm and it's not impacting the side.
So no I don't agree.

The constant creation of future scenarios whereby players are injured/suspended/killed by falling meteorites is really tedious.

They love inventing situations whereby we sign no one, Hume leaves and other players drop like flies ....

... but suggest we do sign players, Hume doesn't leave and we have a strong squad and they refuse to accept the possibility.

Repeating the same 'no full backs' shyte, on the hour every hour, is making the board unreadable.

I don't often say this but it's about time the Mods started wiping out posts that are virtually identical to the last one.

This was yesterday but could be any day tbh.

"Squads not good enough though is it. It's missing 3 or 4 defenders. 3 would be starters and that's before looking at strikers. We also are a couple of injuries away from struggling to put a team out. I hope to see this rectified but we're painfully slow at getting people in so far."
