I don't think either of those will be signing any new players any time soon. Plus he's just played a full season of Championship football, if any top clubs here or abroad really wanted him, lets be honest he would not be still at Carrow Road.
I want Joelinton in the starting IX, now we have 3 players that will get goals in Wilson, Willock and ASM, Joey can do what he does best in terms of taking players out, holding up play, using his strength etc. After Bruce played him out of position for so long, he deserves his chance to play in the right position.
I don't think that is fair on Bruce to be honest. Whenever Wilson has been fit he's played through the middle. Joe was bought to play No.9 and replace Rondon. Bruce had that thrust on him. However as soon as he got the chance to correct it he bought Wilson.
Almiron is ahead of Joelinton for me, but like I say there's going to be times when players aren't available.
We are gonna have to support Lewis and try to get the best from him. No one will give us 1.4m for him now nevermind 14m. We are stuck with him so might as well try to get the best from him. Wing back or full back, I'm not convinced after what I saw. I have to agree with Chaos, he looks a soft touch to me. One thing I will say, positional wise, he is very good on the cover. He definitely understands what he is meant to be doing.
His crossing is great as well. He's young. Literally has no one to support him both on the field (those ahead of him) or off the field (no senior left back) Then look at the centre backs nearest to him..... That's right ****e so no support there. Let's look at the midfield players..... Shelvey who doesn't support and Hayden who sticks to the right hand side. Again no support. I think Ritchie shines out more due to his seniority so taking corners, free kicks etc and a willingness to shout and scream at others. On that note has anyone else noticed how much communication is given by Woodman? Surely has to be No1. And on that note we have a full squad due to Bruce deciding to have 4 goal keepers named. Muppet
Regardless of what he was brought in for, you learn a players strengths and weaknesses, and it quickly became obviously that he wasn't a number 9. When he played in the no 10 role he was a thousands times better and could obviously do a job there, so don't play him in the no 9 role!
The thread only discusses the glow. The heat is generated by Sunderland being sh!te. So, unless Sunderland win the Champions League by the end of the decade and finally extinguish the glow, humanity is ****ed. We're doomed, lads.
Its a lovely idea. However when you have no striker to choose from, you don't really have such a luxury. Maybe if Mr Gayle and Mr Carroll weren't fighting over who shags the physio first you may have a point.
I wouldn't over worry mate. The planet that is 4.543 billion years old. Their climate change data is based on the last 137 years. I'd reckon the margin for error in their guesswork is fairly large...
