Like the rest of you I'm a bit dissapointed with the result as expectations for this season have been high and I was hoping for a great start.
Millwall have always been a tough outfit and it's only the first game of the season and things will get better.
Onwards and upwards.

At least Reading got beat. Winning at Stoke on the first day isn’t for everyone.

A hard fought 1-1 draw rather than a comfortable win.

I guess this is a reality check to temper our expectations.

No damage is done, but it will be a long and hard season. Such is the Championship.

I will not even attempt to judge our season until we have played at least 10 games.

On a major positive, the atmosphere seemed electric. It is great to have fans back at the stadium and a full Loftus Road. I wonder if it possibly stifled our players?

Did you know that "ellers" in Norweigen means "otherwise".
Make of that what you will!

"Ellers" is like a quick way of saying How are you doing, What are you up to, or What's Happening when you meet someone you know. Otherwise, Ellers not used in Svensk then?

The noise was actually hurting my ears. Haven't seen the Old Girl rocking like that for many a year.

It’s not a disastrous start. Local derbies are always the most unpredictable.
Must have been weird playing in front of a raucous crowd after so long without.
A point in the bag. Came from behind. More to come from this team. Gives WB something to work at.
Onward we go.

Reality check. Thomas looks worryingly like Washington. I think we had better subs to use.

Dickie is our best signing in years. I rate him above Eze as he is more consistently effective in his role and beyond. I don’t think he was second to a single ball today.

In November. Sounds delightful.

Can’t be worse weather than the last time I was there seeing ****tu fall over for us to lose in the rain from a temporary stand.
I’ve never been to Blackpool. That could be a good idea. I know the LSA run a trip and the Rangers old boys do a weekender. I could get a stick of Rock!

Only managed to follow on my phone today...as has been said, a definite reality check. As has been the case a lot in recent years, sounds like we were close but not quite able to get the job done. A point is better than nothing.

I think Dickie had a good season settling in last season; I’m expecting we will see even better from him this season. He hasn’t got off to too bad a start to be fair.
