I think it’s a mistake to follow a single team in this format, with county players spread around the way they are. Just enjoy the fireworks, Bairstow in this form is a joy to watch, and Duckett is phenomenal.
Slightly ironic (and annoying) that with all the spin dominance so far in the competition, we'd have been better served here by sticking with our pace bowling strategy and playing Garton ahead of one of the spinners.
Tbh, that is kind of how I was expecting many of the men's matches to go. A score of about 160, with healthy contributions from some tasty looking top orders.
It's a big total (the same RR would give a score of 198 in T20) but their bowling attack isn't great.
