MKM Stadium Now Cashless...

As we prepare to welcome back supporters, we must advise that the MKM Stadium is now a cashless venue.

Only card transactions will now be accepted as a form of payment around the ground, with the move designed to help reduce queues, increase speed of service and improve hygiene.

While it was always the Club’s intention to go cashless, with roughly 60% of supporters already using contactless payment payments, the process was accelerated by the Covid-19 pandemic and the importance of avoiding cross contamination.

Members will be able to use their TeamCard points to purchase refreshments on the concourses.

Cash is still legal tender and as far as I know no establishment can refuse to accept it.

A quick google quickly shows that establishments CAN refuse to accept (or at least decide that it's card payment only). Way of the world.

They’re all convinced lockdown and what the government is gonna do cos of it all relates with them fiddling their taxes. they don’t wanna pay tax on their work and wanna be on 11000 a year officially!
they think they’re doing people a favour not adding it through the books in effect they’re just such greedy ****s

Or talk to any Bankers and they will tell you that cash is outdated now and every one should use card payments but I don't think they will be as keen to inform you that they are raking in billions because of this and that they take a rake off from every single purchase made by everyone.
