Mumba is doing better by playing in an under 23 team? Debatable.Mumba was overlooked mate and he is doing better than us, so was Josh for a long time
Josh bided his time and then got a chance, so how can he have been overlooked?

Pickford and Henderson were before Donald's time? Henderson has captained his side to a champions league trophy. Him and Pickford have just been playing in the final of the European Championships.
'All that money ploughed into it' was paid back and more by Pickford and Henderson's transfer fees alone. He was just being silly with that comment.
that's why we need to give the young guys more cameo roles, to prove they can step up like you were advocating under Parkinson, in fact i remember you were the first to shout for Sanderson to be played when the injuries started cropping up.
It's not an opinion, mate. It's fact.thats your opinion mate however Donald ran the academy into the ground, and would have sold the training grounds if he could ,its just been the last bit where its getting better again
he is on better money and playing to a higher standard with better players.Mumba is doing better by playing in an under 23 team? Debatable.

I've never blamed Maja. Sunderland or Bordeaux? No contest, imo. Bordeaux wins every time.he is on better money and playing to a higher standard with better players.
he was overlook up until the time he had to try him, he was a success for us but decided im off as he saw no future with us cant blame him
It's not an opinion, mate. It's fact.
Your mates comment has nothing at all to do with Stewart Donald.
He claimed the academy had millions ploughed into it with nothing to show for it. Clearly he is on the wind up with that comment. It's impossible not to be.
I've never blamed Maja. Sunderland or Bordeaux? No contest, imo. Bordeaux wins every time.
Well by your reckoning I guess every single academy player is overlooked until they get called up. We can throw Henderson and Pickford into that too because they never went straight into the first team after spending a day training at the academy.
along with your guitar? My heart gently weeps
i never said you did ,i replied to you saying its debatableI've never blamed Maja. Sunderland or Bordeaux? No contest, imo. Bordeaux wins every time.

You said we overlooked Josh. He made his debut at 17 and was a first team player from the age of 18/19.that's your view not mine i never said that
I'm not sure why...thats how you saw it , i saw it as Ellis pumped millions in and Donald ran it into the ground squeezing out every penny he could dropping us down the under 23 leagues, and just because i agree on some of his points he is not my mate i don't know him personally.
at the time where he had progressed far enough to be given a chance but wasn't, until it was forced on the manager through injuries, and other forwards not firing then he couldn't be dropped, just like Sanderson was forced into being played we had him months without a sniff then injuries and drop in form gave him his chance. You said we overlooked Josh. He made his debut at 17 and was a first team player from the age of 18/19.
At what time did you think Josh was overlooked like you stated?
Bit like your replies, no one can predict when you will write a decent one.He was ****e for us in all honesty, no one could have predicted that.
well Donald didn't spend millions on the academy, and when Donald was finished we had nothing to show for itI'm not sure why...
He said 'the millions the academy has ploughed into it with nothing to show for it'. What part of that is talking about Ellis Short or Stewart Donald? They weren't mentioned.

Josh Maja's chance wasn't brought on by injuries, though? He was used as a substitute and on his second start he replaced James Vaughan.at the time where he had progressed far enough to be given a chance but wasn't, until it was forced on the manager through injuries, and other forwards not firing then he couldn't be dropped, just like Sanderson was forced into being played we had him months without a sniff then injuries and drop in form gave him his chance.
this is just going round in circles, im done with it, better things to do, hope your debate goes well, and don't think me rude by leavingJosh Maja's chance wasn't brought on by injuries, though? He was used as a substitute and on his debut he replaced James Vaughan.
He actually made his debut a year earlier which clearly showed he wasn't ready and then went back to the under 23's for a season to build himself up more before coming back and trying with the first team.
Again, mate. I'm discussing directly what was said by Pablo. He said the academy had millions ploughed into it and nothing to show for it. That's what I'm replying too. You are adding bits in about Stewart Donald and arguing that point. Nobody has mentioned Stewart Donald, can you not see you're having a different conversation to what has been said?well Donald didn't spend millions on the academy, and when Donald was finished we had nothing to show for it
I think the truth bomb done you, Rogerthis is just going round in circles, im done with it, better things to do, hope your debate goes well, and don't think me rude by leaving
