All Pearson really did was took us out of League 1 with a team that was good enough to survive the Champ.
2nd season we overachieved and overrated our players. As soon as the manager and the confidence went the quality of the players shone through.
I'm pleased he is doing well at your little club because he is a good man who I have time for. But we are looking for higher quality than him now.

Nigel Pearson is a great manager and is still learning so will get better
Fryatt is a very good championship striker
Jack Hobbs is a very good centre half who will play in the prem but isnt ready yet. Sven has said he WONT sell him. But that could change further down the line
Sven is a world class manager. End of story.
Yakubu is a proven goalscorer in the premiership is still has a long way left in his career.
Bamba is a very classy centre half who commands the defence and is a threat in both boxes something Hobbs needs to improve.

Both Hull and Leicester have had tough starts to the season but now have turned it around. I have only ever had good things to say about Nigel and Matty. Hobbs i fear will sign for you permanently at the end of the seaon. But both clubs looking up

A sensible comment. Personally I wouldn't call Sven world class, but he is undeniably a good manager.
I would also agree with Fryatt being a very good championship striker, although I think theres a chance he may just cut it in the prem with a good squad, but probably just a 10 goal season max.
The Yak is definitely a good proven goalscorer and definitely has time left, but from when I've watched him he seems very lazy and has to be carried by the rest of his team, something you may not have the squad to compensate for in the prem. If it's true that you'll be paying 5 million for him I think that's a bit of a stretch, but I guess that's the going rate, if not cheap for a goal scorer these days.
Pearson and co I fear may not be with us too long unless we achieve great things, he seems to be getting better by the day and I think will end up at a mid-table prem side, before possibly moving to a top 10 side. Fantastic manager and I'm sure he will eventually take us back to the prem if we manage to keep him long enough.

one minute fryatt is brilliant, ã5 million, next minute he's fat, let's get rid... the guy is ****ing class and will easily go close to 15 goals this season (after half a season with us!)

Sven a class manager???!! he's failed almost everywhere he went... and he's a journeyman... if you don't go up this season, he'll go. 100%! It'll be funny when he does as you seem to give him so much respect. With that much money splashed I think that even gary megson would do as well if not better.
