He gets one or 2 chances a game. It's not like we create loads and loads of open chances. We dominate the ball but we hardly create wonderful chances left right and centre. Saying that, he should finish them and his finishings been pretty atrocious

I'm sure batters gets as many as Morata but as we both don't watch valencia and can't comment on how many chances he's been getting i'm finding it hard to defend him like you are.

Certainly Morata has to be doing better but i can understand its not totally his fault with the system we have.
 
For once I agree with nutcase Stan.
Morata has missed about a dozen chances this season that any PL striker worth his salt would have buried, let alone a nearly £70m one.
So I dont buy the "he aint getting service" excuse for one second.
To be fair, that may be the case with Batshuayi too, I havent been watching Valencia this season, but I am certainly prepared to give him a run out.
 
The one player we have that can play up front and is totally forgotten about is Moses.
Worth a try IMO,can he be any worse than what we have?

Seems like Barca have decided they still want Willian.

I didn’t want him to go in the summer and was glad we kept him but after the poor season he’s had so far with 18 months left on his deal its a deal we should be looking at doing now. Been so disappointing this season and could be an opportunity to give CHO more minutes.

They want to do a deal with Malcom involved though, which wouldn’t be the worst thing but selling him outright would be a better deal imo.

Said at the time we were mugs not taking 60m. Since his final season with mourinho he seems to have lost some of his energy and he tires far easier than before. Think hes lost a bit of burst too plus i dont think we use him right and hes old and hes nearly down to 18 months of his contract remaining.

Try swap for one of their players or cash. Even happy to stump up some cash. Heard they are upset with coutinho wouldnt mind him. Is dembele still an outcast could have him.

Wouldnt even mind rakitic for a couple of years but hes 31

Maybe bullshit, but Coutinho would be just the midfielder we needed! Would cost a lot but **** it! Give them Willian in a part-ex deal (**** malcom)

I have to say I agree. I wanted to keep Willian in the summer but if we can get the 50 million plus now and convince CHO we're selling to give him more of a chance then looks a good deal. The worry though is possibly losing Hazard, Willian and CHO in the next few months.

Looks like we’re getting Higuian for the rest of the season on loan with an option to extend it for another season or buy him outright. Sounds like a good deal to me, no commitment to buy him if he’s absolute garbage.

Also looks like Morata is off to Atletico and I’ve read that we want 45M?!! I’ll be amazed if we get anywhere near that.

I would be up for both those deals.
No paying silly money for another potential flop striker, get him on loan first and test the water.
Morata can **** off, I will be surprised of someone paid more than £30m for him though, the guy is dogshit. If we get £45m I will be over the moon.
 
Looks likely we’ll have a complete transformation in midfield this season, which we’ve needed for years.

Loftus Cheek to Milan, Kovacic to City it seems, Mount to United? Kante somewhere on a free?

Aye, but we have Mudryk, Fernandez and Gallagher who I think will comprise our midfield next season. Plus we have some youngsters coming through like Omari Hutchinson who came on for us against City and didnt look too bad, he will probably play a part in our squad next season too.

Ziyech, Havertz and Pulisic need to go too.
Sterling, Madueke and Nkunku will likely be our attacking wide men behind whichever striker we end up with, be it Lukaku or a new guy.

Sterling, are you serious. The guy is crap always has been and always will be, total waste of oxygen.
