I think you will struggle to find a Chelsea fan who was in favour of selling Matic to Man United
I personally called it ******ed, more than once.

As for Baka, I had never seen him play prior to him signing for Chelsea, so was unable to comment.
But in hindsight, yes, it was a bad signing, as he sucks...and his performances for AC vindicate that even more so.

i thought it was a good sale. 40m for a 30 year old. He was a solid player and him and kante were a rock in central midfield. However for us to progress as a side we need better players technically. You can't have both matic and kante and 3 at the back as we were lacking creativity in that 2nd half of the season.

Where we went wrong was spending loads of money on trash players (also unfit). They were all injured when we bought our mediocre players.

I wasn't necessarily against selling Matic, however, I was vehemently against selling Matic to Man United.
And obviously, yes, using that money on trash like Bakayoko was a bad move, but again, that was in hindsight.
I have no idea how he performed at Monaco, but if it was as bad as his performances for us and Milan, then our scout needs an arse kicking
