Very sloppy passing.

Pickford should have thrown his hat over that save as well but shrivelled it out for a corner.

Have sat back and shown not much intent now.
 
This game is very different to how I thought it would be. I thought we'd see majority of possession and control things.

Only if ukraine were level, now they are behind we are sitting off and want to take no risks and they want to possession.

Nobody at all in running behind. Sancho and sterling should have licence but they are playing 451 and held back wide

Credit to Luke Shaw (even if he plays for a scummy Manc club). 3 years ago he looked done, dead and buried under Mourinho. Clearly worked his arse off to get back to being first choice England LB.

He's got pace. That's it. He seems to love to train and run but he has a terrible diet and balloons when injured. Postionally he is suspect but he's had his purple patch v germany.

Is he any worse than the big brute walker? No.

Is he nearly as good as chilwell? No ****ing way.
 
Also just a note dortmund player was not even in squad for bench.

Walker is ****.

Of all the RBs England were thinking about taking, he's by far the worst, hell I'd rather have AWB before Walker. Yet somehow he manages to stay in the team
 
This is painful to watch. Should be pretty straight forward after taking the lead but Gareth is happy to concede possession. We’re giving them encouragement ffs.

See just now. Sterling has been stood for 5 mins on right kind of wing and hes walked back and walker has ran deeper expecting sterling to pick up his man and hes not bothered.

He needs to wake the **** up and at least put the yards in
 
If England get as far as the final, Italy will show them up. They should be miles ahead of this Ukraine team but far too cautious
