Me also. Although since online shopping during covid, most stuff is getting bounced into the CC now, I transfer the cash over as soon as everything is in order ie delivery ok. I fooking hate owing money even on a credit card. Bit OCD like that.

 

I think one of mine has 0% for 2 years or something, they’re good for buying stuff from untrusted places online like. I once got my wallet nicked from the car and the CC company just refunded everything that was spent by the **** who took it, he’d been to McDonalds and Greggs

 

Presume it was a he anyway. Could have been a she. Or a they.

 

I've had a couple of my cards skimmed over time, before I started doing everything online. Like you, the banks just refunded everything. Have to say the banks were no hassle at all about it, it was they on both ocassions that picked it up before me. Cancelled cards, new ones reissued, and funds reimbursed within days.
