Unless he is a complete WUM, from what I recall from 606 this is a 15 or 16 year old kid who has flown over from Jersey this afternoon so that he can watch his beloved Sunderland at the SoL tomorrow. He has even written and posted an anthem, FFS!

Meanwhile, there are certain people on here who seem to want to do nothing else but score points against others. What a ****ing load of bollocks.

You know what. When I was younger, I didn't just have pride in the fact that I supported Sunderland, I had pride in the fact that I was part of a group - Sunderland supporters - and we were the best - no doubt. What the **** has happened?

Jersey is full of hope. It's more difficult as you get older, but so am I. Just wish that people would remember why they're on this board, and stop being so juvenile.

Hope we win tomorrow - more important than anything else.

Wow, thanks! Yes, im 16, and I'll be at the sol tomorrow with about 12 other members of my family!
Psycho, I don't know who you're talking about, I've only been on 606 for about a year!
In jersey it's pretty much my family and Bob Murray who support sunderland, everyone else supports one of the top 4.

Hope you had/have a safe journey home. Shame that the result didn't go our way. I have to tell you, though, the Sunderland you watched yesterday are head and shoulders better than anything I watched when I was your age. Keep the Faith. They'll win next time you're there, kid!

Think we've got one in the garage somewhere anarl. Me fatha used to do some graft for Vauxies so probably lifted it when the pubs were being stripped.

I still miss the smell of malt when going over the town.

My plan is to one day have a place with a games room, get all my old shirts framed, have a bar with the Vaux sign up.

Not classy, but so ****, ha.

I've got shirts back to the Hummell one's like, whether i'll actually ever do it is another thing, seemed like a great idea when i was a young un.

Worth keeping. I was after the 90-91 home kit (our best imo) a couple of year back but they were going for 70-80 quid on fleabay.

    Just found this one.

Anyone remember the Pilot Cutter before changed for the worse and became the Harbour View.

I used to drink in the Albion to.

Nowadays its the Wolsley or Mill View Club

Cheers everyone, I got back a few hours ago. To be perfectly honest, we could have lost 10-0 to Newcastle and I still would have been ecstatic! The view was perfect, and I'll never forget walking up the steps into the stand, hearing 'dance of the knights' blaring out and the roar of the crowd... I'll not soon forget it!
