City only had 1 attemp on target in the whole match ... very Maureen's spurs kind of stat tbh.

Guess starting with no DM and no out and out striker weren't that good an idea.
To be fair, with Timo upfront, we didnt have an out and out striker either <laugh>
I like the guy, but he really needs to develop a killer instinct in front of goal. Two sitters he missed, the bloody melon!

The thing is at no point did it ever look like 'backs to the wall' for Chelsea.

City just never really troubled them or put pressure on the defence. Their passing was non-existent and most their players started losing their composure right after the goal, I think because they knew whatever Pep had intended wasn't working.

Defo this ^^

Well I'll be. Even Collymore has started talking sense.

The end is nigh.

I can't stand the guy to be honest. Wife-beating, mouthy, self-obsessed chaps with a luke warm IQ aren't really my cup of tea. I do appreciate he was suffering from his own demons at the time and I'm sure he has his positives but every time I see anything he's said/written he's either moralising or professing knowledge - if I wanted moral advice or a knowledgeable opinion he'd be one of the last people I'd listen to.
