Barry Bannon surely will not be playing League 1 football next season. Haven’t read anything about him. He’s 31-32 but clearly a quality player at this levelIts a nice distraction but unrealistic.

Bannon signed a new contract with the Wendies before they went down and said at the time that he intends to honour it whether or not they stayed up.

To be fair, I wouldn't discount us completely but surely he'll still follow the money while he can?
I've heard he's still a home bird that feels comfortable when he does visit home but that won't be enough to make it happen you'd think.
Maybe Keifer has some iffy pictures of him on Wales duty or something and is blackmailing him to sign for the City?

Read somewhere that we filed our accounts at the end of April but cant find anything to say our umbongo has been lifted.

Id have thought if it had been lifted it would be news on the official site. Couldn't see anything.
