For all his early faults which in the main stemmed from his lack of understanding of the game and of our club in particular, we are extremely fortunate to stll have him here funding the club on a massive scale from which many others would walk away.
Plenty of personal jokes about the height of his trousers and urging everyone on the pitch to shoot have been made in the past, but the reality is that for his continuing support for the club, he deserves better football guidance from those in this country vested with that responsibility.
Sorry to hear this Jay, we often forget that the names on the computer screen are proper people who have problems and difficulties every day.

Looks okay at Crewe's level. Hope he can step up like Champagne Perry if we get him. Bound to be a culling of other defensive mf's if signed.
Seems like we are being connected with every one with potential in lower leagues and some passed their sell buy dates in the Championship. Waghorn.
