Assem didn’t like our trophy cabinet having Hull City trophies in, so got replicas made and had them engraved Hull Tigers...

Be interesting to see what the League One title says on it.

Every person followed with the same passion? Was this when we had 20000 at times in the 60’s? Or down to a few thousand in the 80’sOne of the reasons I got hooked on City at an early age was the fact every person at the game followed their team with the same passion and commitment. Terrible football, crap managers, very bad owners such as those previously mentioned didn’t change that fan commitment. We were all in it together. The Allams changed that for me, and others we had gone home and away with for decades, when one set of fans booed their own. When me and the wife were verbally abused by people we had sat amongst for years simply because we sang songs that we’d sung for years in support of our team. When it became clear that the owners actually wanted to divide the fans with a bent ballot.
Other clubs have bad or poor owners, I don’t know of any that have caused such a divide with their own teams supporters. I will return when they have ****ed off and the stench has gone.
Didnt know that
That’s ****e isn’t it
Is it still the same? Or been changed back?
Doesnt a city fan own the website name for Hull city or something or Am I thinking of summat else??They were still there last time I looked, but that was quite a while back.

Add in the Arena disgrace, telling us we can die when we want....and so on.The name change debacle came as a result of the fall out with the council, but it played no part in giving the Away Supporters Initiative money to fans of other clubs rather than our own, making kids pay the same as adults and taking 2,134 days (and counting) to be gone in 24 hours.
I was there at all those games with lowest crowds, and was there in late 60’s with the ground packed, the numbers were irrelevant. Every fan there felt pretty much the same and that continued through thick and thin until the Allams actions divided the fans.Every person followed with the same passion? What about manu. And supporters setting up their own club?
I think it's an accumulation of many, many incidents that drove so many away at various stages. Everyone has their breaking point. So new owners are probably going to cock something up and upset the fans, it happens at every club. However getting supporters onside at City for new owners is probably one of the easiest things to do in football. For those that are staying away due to the owners.... What happens if our new owners do something you don't agree with? Is it cut your nose of to spire your face time again or will it just be ignored like it has been when previous owners have done things you didn't agree with or like?
( Unless of course you've stopped going every time we have had a crap owner )
Ulrika might be along to dispel those mythsI was there at all those games with lowest crowds, and was there in late 60’s with the ground packed, the numbers were irrelevant. More like 2500 I thinkHow 'dramatically'? Surely the people who have kept paying throughout the pandemic deserve concessions? If the Club were to start letting people in for buttons then it would be failing to recognise the loyalty of 5 or 6 thousand who stuck by them.
And your point is.....Hasnt Allam done the same with the name?
Is that what its down too?More like 2500 I think
Good luck with thatHow 'dramatically'? Surely the people who have kept paying throughout the pandemic deserve concessions? If the Club were to start letting people in for buttons then it would be failing to recognise the loyalty of 5 or 6 thousand who stuck by them.
