Successfully eliminated the filth by doing what most of the Arsenal team did. Neither of them played.

Actually there was double hilarity concerning the exit of our near neighbours for me. I've always been of the opinion that pundits don't really know much, and that they just tend to say what all the other pundits say anyway (mostly). Well I heard it many many times from different pundits how it was clear that Arteta was making a difference at Arsenal, and how they could see how the team was improving. Seriously, they all said it. Then they lose to their old manager! Classic.

Both Spurs and Arsenal were right to sack Emery and Poch but both messed up big time with their replacements. The only question is who made the bigger mistake. Arteta could be a top manager in the future but the Arsenal job was too much, too soon. Mourinho was finished at the top level and the Spurs job was never suited for someone like him.
See Solksjaer is complaining about fixture congestion. Caused by Man Utd not being able to complete a fixture due to lack of stadium security. They should be docked points.
Why were they right? It's not easy to find someone better than Emery and nearly impossible to find someone better than Poch.

Honestly not sure what he'd like to see happen. Extend the season by a week just for them? Cancel the Euros? Switch their remaining fixtures to 5-a-side in Powerleague?
What does he want?
Because the players didn't believe in him anymore, the style of play was diabolical, the results were awful, he had us in 10th position after a Summer where we signed Pepe, Ceballos, Luiz, Martinelli, Saliba and Tierney. So we added more quality to a squad that finished 5th + reached the EL final.
It's not even disputable that Emery had to go - the issue was then appointing a novice to succeed him when we needed a major overhaul at all levels of the club and expecting him to be at the heart of that.
