That'a blow - my answer was entirely random !. (Well, nearly). Although Avignon is very attractive -and staying in the square by the Palais des Popes is atmospheric, as are the restaurants, I do like Chateauneuf du Pape. I can recommend Dom de la Pinede. Buying wine from there is hilarious. The case, on a pallet rises out of the ground - seriously - in the courtyard.

Ok - here we go ( as the earwig said when he fell off the wall)
One football club only has provided 2 players for the England side whilst the club was outside the top 2 divisions of English football. since the end of WW2. Name the club and the players.

Yes indeed. Well done. Sorry if it was too easy. I had thought that Johnny Byrne was the first player to be selected for a full international from outside the top2 divisions. However, he was 1 of 4 (after WW2). He WAS however the first played from the 4th division to be selected for the national U23 team.

Not what I read - "The Wow! signal was detected on August 15, 1977 at the Big Ear Radio Observatory in Ohio, during a search for signs of extraterrestrial intelligence. The signal was unusual, and, when reviewing the data a few days later, astronomer Jerry Ehman wrote “Wow!” next to it."
