It seems like a random ballot for ST holders, up to 6 can apply together. One of my mates has applied, I’ve not bothered. You also need to have a covid test 24 hours prior, as well as one 2 days after the final. Too much hassle for me, lol. Besides I think having so few fans inside a 90,000 seater stadium will be ****, final or not.
