Kind of. You said everyone will be happy, who is everyone?
The PL has been “self serving” for years and from what I can see they again are only interested in maintaining the interests of the premiership clubs. Even the new UEFA deal does absolutely nothing for 90% of football clubs throughout Europe.
This is not about protecting football, this is about maintaining there position in the UK. Crocodile tears and hypocrisy!

You could argue Britain were hypocrites when they fought against the Germans, but ultimately it was the right stance.

If (and a big if) the ESL comes to fruition, I don’t think SKY can afford not to want a slice of the pie.

    I second that.

Everton are a bigger club than some of the clubs trying to close the door on them..

It's disgusting and they've a good right to oppose it

Why is he a clown @Tobes (beyond his normal posts). It’s easy to say you wouldn’t be part of it when you’re not invited?

Maybe but then there would be no way fans of the six could watch their own teams.

Yes, there's no way that anyone in this country could stream a game from a Saudi company...

Well firstly they could just go to the games mate and secondly if the Saudis own the super league TV rights then I would assume they could watch via TV or online.

In all serious, it could be blocked in the UK. There are videos and shows on YouTube and Netflix that are region-blocked for UK IP addresses.

Not at the moment, but there's nothing to stop Bein buying the rights to the Super League and broadcasting it here.
There's also nothing to stop the founding clubs starting their own streaming service, cutting out the middleman and making more money.
