I may be wrong so any Toffees fans can correct me, but aren't Everton one of the few clubs in the PL whose owners have a reputation of consulting with fans on certain issues? Didn't they try and change the badge a few years back and the fans said no so they dropped it?

Everton are just gutted they didn't get the invite :emoticon-0119-puke:

The more I think about this the more it pisses me off.

Its an attack on football at all levels but the absolute top.

Days out watching your club and being part of something and history and this lot think they can just **** all over that and implant some gross American money system.

****ing hate them!

You must log in or register to see media

Perez to JP Morgan when they have to pay back the startup loan after ESL flops.

It will end up being televised on Dave six months after the games have been played, which will be fitting as the whole ****ing thing is one bad joke!
They'll end up broadcasting it themselves maybe go halves with Trump and his new set up which it'll suit me so I won't get hoodwinked as part of an another package.

I'm no fan of Amazon. but the more media outlets that say they're not interested the better. Doesn't do much for any bidding war there might be for coverage rights.
The way Gary Neville and Jamie carragher have been it would surprise me if sky would welcome it.

Just BT sports now and then you have all the major players in the UK saying no.

They did try it when they hosted the World Cup but were told to GTF.

Football was threatening NFL, so they've just bought football and made it their sport.

That's how they do it you see.. A bit like when they buried the hearts of the natives at wounded knee... They don't **** about

Why well done? I don't disagree with any of it, but it's a self-serving statement from the club.
Had they turned down an offer or something, then I'd agree. They're just doing what's best for them right now, though.

Because its right that's why.

Their reason is irrelevant
