Its not personal to you, it's about the general theme of expecting apologies. It started with the owners and now its the manager. Do you think Grant McCann enjoyed the back end of last season ? Do you think he enjoyed the Dave Burns interview, after a 8-0 defeat. live on the BBC and the question 'Why don't you go, the fans want you to go..?'
It's gone, it's history, it happens, clubs go up and clubs go down, what does not happen is apologies for doing so.
Shall we all move on and concentrate on winning this league ?

I really don't know why you are getting so uptight. I merely offered an observation that he needs to be a little more humble perhaps. Particularly last year. At the end of the day, like it or not, good at it or not, he is the public face of Hull City for better or worse. And he has to deal with journalists and public opinion. I have got past any thoughts about him. I hope he takes us up, hopefully as champions. I don't like or dislike him. He needs to improve like we all do.

Agreed. I had thought Peterborough's 2 games v Donny were a virtually certain 6 points but hopefully Donny have stopped the rot - and they currently still have a sniff of the play offs.

Yeah, except it’s not really banter is it? It’s a recurring theme on here, that not being positive is tantamount to treason. You talk of not making mountains out of molehills, yet I’ve seen people tear into Quill, into GLP, into Edelman, into me, for criticising the team when it’s not doing as well as it could. So what? If I was underperforming, there’d be people commenting on my performance, it doesn’t mean I fold like a wet newspaper.

Some people on here are objective, they don’t give the team slack just because it’s their own and that’s fair enough. If it’s about respecting opinions, then you respect them all, period.
I agree that abuse is uncalled for, but saying a player isn’t doing well isn’t abuse. Calling somebody “an Irish prick” absolutely is, but I don’t recall any of the aforementioned using such language.

I’m not going to change how I support a team because it annoys other people (in fact, such attitudes are just going to encourage me to do it more), I don’t agree with the “everything is black and amber tinted” attitude but if that’s how people choose to view it, so be it.

I’d like anybody who “wants us to lose just to be right” to please quote this comment and reveal themselves.

I never said at any point in my post that someone called him an "Irish Prick",read it again! I do however remember his birthplace being mentioned and how it(and him) maybe wasn't/weren't as tough as it/he was made out...Hilarious at best.

If you think people who mocked the Club,Players and Manager and gloated at the sniff of a bad result are all going to come forward,then you're nearer to cloud cuckoo land than one could ever imagine.
