It'll work with beef or lamb.mince, rice, onions, fried eggs...all the right components but it all hinged on the type of meat

Made curry burger with some tikka powder and fried in tikka paste and my own mint yogurt thing too which turned out lovely, honey yogurt, lime juice, ground mint, finely chopped onions/chilli's.. was bangin. @Spurlock I soul winged the yogurt thing but... how you make the proper one? (u know I don't do recipes much, plus I don't know the name of it to even look lol)

So what you saying? Peeps mae different ones for personal taste?
I like the mint tasting ones I've had before so that's why I used some in mine.yes they do but that is a popular mix amongst households. Some might throw in a dollop of mint sauce...that puts an interesting twist to it. Another one I’ve had is finely diced onions red chilli powder, salt, cumin powder, garam masala.
both work but by far the chilli coriander one is the best.
