There's only one thing that a new owner could do that ENIC have not done. That is some creative accounting on the stadium that gives the football side a bigger income. The Etihad sponsorship at City springs to mind. Otherwise we will be hamstrung by ffp whoever the owner is.
AFAIK, paying off the loan on new WHL would be allowed
(it is not related to player transfer/wage costs - which the FFP
