Obviously he didn't choose the ****ing date <doh> But the detail is mostly his - according to statements from the palace.
I think he means that the Prince did not actually insist on 3 pm on a Saturday . The establishment probably picked Saturday as it's not a normal working day and to allow the Hoi poloi to watch on tele .
 
Hull City’s final match of the League One season away to Charlton Athletic has been rearranged for Sunday 9th May, kick-off 12 noon.

The Addicks, now managed by former Tigers boss Nigel Adkins, sit a point outside the play-offs in seventh and are unbeaten in their last eight matches.

The match at The Valley will be available for live streaming on iFollow Tigers.

wonder if we’ve won the league the trophy will be presented there... or not as the case may be !!!
