Aye wasn’t bad.. Just had a quick look at Friday’s games and think all three of us will win. Hull likeliest to slip up but can’t see it. That said there’s been plenty of weeks when I’ve thought we’d all win and at least one of the teams dropped points so fingers crossed but we just need to do our bit.
Yeah, seems a good character. The spirit in the group looks excellent. A real togetherness. Let’s hope we get over the line
Pre-match, Johnson makes a big deal about them not looking at tables, fixtures, games in hand ... ... O'Brien blows all that apart in seconds
Been a cracking month tbf. Played six, won five, drew one and conceded one goal. Add in a bonus Wembley win and that makes six clean sheets from seven. Outstanding form that's pulled us right into the mix for automatic promotion.
It's an amazing bit of form, esp the clean sheets & just the one goal conceded. I am hoping Fleetwood shock Posh, as we win, so we go into the Easter Minday game ahead in the table. Puts the pressure right on them... https://thefishy.co.uk/formtable.php?table=3
The pressure is definitely on Hull and Posh now. Their games against us are must win in case we win our game in hand. For us they are must not lose games.
The Blackpool Gazette reports that the Tangerines’ injury crisis has gone from bad to worse with the news that Matty Virtue and CJ Hamilton will miss the remainder of the season. A scan has shown that Virtue tore his ACL during last weekend’s 2-0 win at Oxford United. Hamilton, meanwhile, broke his metatarsal during the goalless draw against Fleetwood Town, not long after returning from a lengthy lay-off with a hamstring injury. Sunderland are due to play Blackpool twice in the run-in as the Black Cats aim for automatic promotion.
