We both can't be at home . Think I heard on the radio a bit back that loads of the rugby games will be at Headingly or another rugby ground to help stop the spread of the virus . As U P says and think Adam mentioned last week to Burns and eggchaser fan Swanny the pitch is to be refreshed and fc don't play at the Kcom until after that .
Doh I meant Sunday! According to their website they’re playing at home against some giants...presumably the half time ones from Boothferry Park?
Just been on the super League site and loads of games this weekend at Headingly including Fc kick off 1230 Sunday .
I may have read it wrong but I think FC are at home this Sunday, April 18 and May 13. I didn't look beyond that as football's finished by then. Edit: just seen the posts about Headingley...
Hull FC's first home game is on April 18th, we've only got two home games left after that, though one is Sunderland two days after FC's game.
Well you just wait they will you know they’ll get their own ground and do so much better Cos there’s loads of spare land in west hull. And who wouldn’t want to invest 20 million in a stadium that hosts 11-13 games a season.
Surely £20 million would only be enough to build one stand in a stadium to home a world famous club in the capital of rugby league?
It would be great to be in the position we are now up to when Peterborough play Sunderland on April the 5th, because that day only one could get maximum 3 points which would Give us a great opportunity to create a very decent gap in case of any slip ups in the run in. Obviously we have to keep winning or at least matching their results. So at the moment take one game at a time fear no one and hopefully keep winning.
I couldn't give a damn . As long as they don't do anything that could be detrimental to City and look after our pitch when we allow them to play on it .
They don't do any more damage to the pitch than we do. It isn't our pitch to allow them to play on. And, I say that as someone who would be delighted to see them move out and play somewhere else.
Mr. B , who mentioned damage to the pitch. I agree with you , the sooner they move into their own tinpot stadium the better .
In other news ... FIFA, UEFA and the EFL are to consider whether to allow what is known as 'ridiculous scores' occurring at this stage in the season. After Peterborough beat Accrington Stanley 7-0, a spokesman said : 'This does nothing for maintaining the integrity of the standards of the EFL. It's akin to England humping San Marino 5-0. It's meaningless. Unfortunately for Accrington, their season was over before this game. It was a non event waiting to happen. If Darren Ferguson's dad wasn't Sir Alex Ferguson, who we are all scared of, then we were planning to cancel the game before hand and give 'Posh' a 1-0 walk over. So for anyone else who has yet to play Accy, then we will be awarding you a 1-0 w/o'. ****ing pissed on your chips then Sunderland.
