The rules are changing next season so that accidental handballs are not given as pens, but the rules as they stand should have flagged a VAR call for the ref to look at it and had he applied the rule it would have been given, and likely 3 points for us.

It is an evolving piece of technology, but for me at the end of the day it still comes down to subjectivity and therefore it's never going to eradicate mistakes. People can say it should only look at the clear and obvious mistakes that need addressing, but using today's example again when subjectively it chose not to even ask the ref to look at it, it's always going to be flawed.

Pepe’s boot is about a metre at best from Pieters arm, yet you’re calling that a stone wall penalty and mistake by both officials? Not for me.

It's handball.

When the rules change to rule out accidental handballs (which is right imo) then that can correctly be dismissed. But as the rules stand, that's a pen.

He's currently getting battered at home by QPR.
 
Massive result for Southampton. They've got City next, then a bunch of teams around them in the table. Failing to win this would've left them in the ****.

You should read the actual rules mate, as accidental isn’t a thing,
 
An unusual slice of luck today, did a 4 team accy this morning, whilst in a rush, checked with about 15 minutes to go, I'd only done it as a treble, **** knows how, treble came in, the team I didn't add drew. :1980_boogie_down:
