Glad you're usually wrong
Tbh I've been right about the case from day 1, but I just struggle to see how PIF is seperate to the state.
It just seems to me that the entire universe including judges hates newcastle

Debatable.
SA have said it's separate. They have to accept that.
Though as has been said before why they are not using a sport vehicle is beyond me

surely if KSA provide legal proof that under Saudi law PIF are a separate entity the PL and even the arbitration panel aren’t in a position to challenge the prevailing laws of the land in which a company is registered?
So the argument is that KSA has control of PIF that satisfies company law and so must be named director. That is the only issue for arbitration.
That there is your proof.

Come again?
The PL are arguing that KSA satisfy the definition of control under company law so are a director who must be named.
A cynic could say that NUFC making all of this noise about the panel member is part of a bigger strategy to put pressure on the third member to lean towards siding with NUFC.
I just hope that the PL and NUFC come to some sort of arrangement. Money talks so hopefully letting Bein into KSA will help that process.
surely though a director had to be an individual person not a state?
This really hurts my testicles. What does it mean? Here is the main take away from the judgement concerning KSA and their level of 'control.'
