WBA v NUFC

@Hung,Drawn and Quartered
Martin Atkinson is the official in charge.
seen that yesterday and noted it
that is 1 each of the top 4 refs for the whole season

below is a list of the teams and how many games they have had, what I would call the more 'Experienced ref' referee their games after 26/27 games

Liverpool 12
Leicester 11
Man Utd 16
Everton 11
Chelsea 8
Tottenham 6
Southampton 9
Man City 14
Aston Villa 8
West Ham 8
Wolves 11
Newcastle 4
Crystal Palace 10
Leeds 12
Arsenal 12
Burnley 11
Brighton 8
Fulham 9
West Brom 13
Sheff Utd 10

considering we had our first on Boxing day
we are still way short of the rotation you would expect
Spurs are becoming a close second

We’ve got this. And its actually at a time when I can watch it as well.

Bound to be an outstanding display of open attacking football, most likely by them, but we will hold out for a 1-0, the winner coming off Joelinton’s arse in the 95th minute .

Is this not tonight?

Whys everyone else playing today? <laugh>

2-0 chelsea tho <cheers>, secure top 4 hopefully

Cant see is changing “style” of play again. Hayden has called for consistency so I think it will be the same set up with players shuffled about.

Left sided forward presumably goes to Fraser with Joe right, Willock shifted to the “false 9”, then probably Hendrick back in alongside Shelvey (though I’d prefer either or even both Longstaffs). Hayden retains his slot and either Manq or Krapth at RB, Dummett should definitely play LB then Lascelles/Fede and Clark. Dubs in nets.

It’s still not a terrible side. Willock has a goal in him. The worry is mobility in the middle but that’s nowt new.

Personally I still think 4231 suits the squad. Murphy could go right, Willock no10 and Fraser or Joe left with Carroll up top. 4231 is an easier system to swap players in and out of but we won’t use that system til the managers gone.

Agree, at least 4231 gives us an orthodox striker
