Less than a month ago Hull City were top of the league having just won 4-0 at high flying Portsmouth ...

... less than a month.

They had the best GD and were 9 points ahead of Sunderland who weren't even in the play off positions.

They've now won 1 of their last 5 games, including defeats to bottom club Burton and lowly MKD.

My point is that things change quickly in L1 and there's no one we need to fear ...

... so get out there and batter anyone who comes across our path

You are addressing Supporters of Sunderland.
These are people who have been occasionaly taken up to the high points, briefly, only to be hurled down into the depths.
Many of us regularly (in the depths, not at the high points), over a very long time.
SAFC has done the very best it can to kick the optimism out of us.
