Unfortunately, I think some of our own bandwagon-type "fans" don't do us any favours in this respect. The ones who wear a Man United shirt in a pub in the middle of Hampshire or Surrey, shout at the telly and lord it over other fans, but actually know very little about United or football in general.

<ok>

Whilst kissing the badge on that shirt no doubt.

I know, that's why I asked in the first place. I mean, a Saints fan, why? Ridiculous.[/QUO

I think you'll find the majority of people don't like Man united because of the arrogance they have,from the manager to the fans,most of you have no respect for any other clubs and think all you need to do is turn up and you'll get the three points and when you don't you can't hack it and never give the opponents any praise if they beat you,i may be totally wrong but that's how it comes across to me.

P.S i love Fergies face when you lose,what a bad loser that man is,i certainly know where Darren Ferguson gets his blinkered views from.

I refer you to post #95.

Let's face it, the type of United fan who you might cross paths with aren't exactly the the type we consider to be genuine ourselves and admittedly can give us a bad name. Most of us aren't arrogant, you can't level that at us based on what you find in Southampton as it is far from a true reflection.

as for your P.S. maybe you should be looking at your rivals instead of being delighted when we lose, that is the domain of the Liverpool fan you're stepping into.

I can t stand Garry Neville, his irritating monotone manc accent and constant references to United...............Proper boring ugly little ****<ok>

How predictable. I was actually expecting some sort of vaguely original or intellectual comment, but I guess that's too much to expect from scum fans.

Says the bloke who claims United exploit the Munich disaster and by default refers us to scum.

What the **** do you expect?

Bla bla bla bla bla, united bla bla bla bla, <points at the massive Sky touch screen thin>. Bla bla bla, shooda sted onis fit, bla bla bla................

I was brought up to refer to your club as scum. I call it Man U sometimes as well when the context is unclear. But please do tell me how that invalidates all the points I made above.

And they did exploit the Munich disaster by the way - your club made and kept 2m from the museum exhibition while the families of the dying Munich victims were in need of support. The Munich memorial plaque bore the logo of sponsors AIG. Your fans equated it with the 9/11 disaster in a bid for belated sympathy. If that's not exploitation, I don't know what is.

Aww, don't be like that Il Duce, I thought we were friends. Pennine Pals, if you will <hug>

It's like Jason Manford says. When we're Northerners together, we're friends. But when we're Yorkshiremen and Lancastrians, we bloody hate each other!

Good for you. Please don't then expect anything original in return or intelligent debate because you can just go and get ****ed.

<ok>

Oh. I thought I asked you to explain why that invalidated my numerous points, but yet again you put your fingers in your ears and go 'lalalalala'.

And before I arrived on this thread, it was just Man U fans going 'well we're not your rivals so how can you hate us'? I bring in several reasons why a neutral would hate them (i.e. bring some substance to a ****, dying thread) and suddenly it's a WUM fest? Righto.

I hope that is meant to be ironic Leeds18?

Didn't say i was delighted when you lose,i said i love to see fergies face when he loses,he think's united should never lose to anyone that is below the mighty manchester united and that's why i love to see his face crumble on defeat.

Certainly not. I should point out that the 'Leeds' in question is not that of today, but the Don Revie side. :)

I doubt anyone aspires to be the club Ken Bates is running at the moment!
