I’m having them savoury, with meat, mash and veg in them, then rolled, sprinkled with cheese and toasted for a few minutes. Also as a sweet with strawberries and ice cream, rolled, sprinkled with grated chocolate and dusted with a little caster sugar. I use to date a beautiful lady from Poland, she showed me a few ways of using pancakes. Yanks know ****all....
