I've heard of it and seen trailers and stuff but never got round to watching it.

Did they do an American version? I heard that one was **** but then they usually are.

    I'll get on IA <ok>

yeah, the american one is called the departed and is actually Infernal Affairs 1,2,3 wrapped into one. I can't really say i was a massive fan of IA2 or IA3 so best to stop after the first one. Not sure if it will have the same impact translated but the cantonese dialogue is the shizzle

Tom Hanks and its a good film. Said so in here a couple of weeks ago.

If you're looking for excellent films to watch I posted a list of foreign language films on the first few pages of this thread. All are fantastic films. Around page 4 probably. Check that out.

I'll watch Infernal Affairs. I'd highly recommend The Departed though, you won't be disappointed.

Seen quite a few of those already.

Oldboy, The Raid, Handmaiden I watched because you recommended those on GC.

    I'd highly recommend Incendies. I think you'd like it a lot <ok>

I've seen it. Very good movie.

There's a series on Netflix you might like if you like Korean mentalness. Sweet home it's called. I loved it but I'm weird.

My girls 'conned' me and the missus into watching a Japanese anime film over the Xmas break called "Your Name" ... if you start watching it you'll likely end up watching all the way through and actually enjoy and be moved by it ... wouldn't be in a rush to watch another but had to admit to my daughters that it was very good ...
