There are a lot of those about. They types that get trusting and naive parents to sign a form which is undated. and get put away in a drawer somewhere until the players does well. In between times they do nothing to help the player and the parents are often unaware a contract actually exists.

The missus watches them endlessly. I cannot stand the Home in the Country types, Tarquin and Tinkerbell, first time buyers from the Home Counties with only a budget of £2m. A ten bed room mansion set in 10 acres 'its a bit small for us....' GTF.
Then the Property Abroad couples, find a place they love, perfect in every way, beyond their wildest dreams, both have tears in theirs, etc etc, then sit down and offer about half the asking price. Credits roll at the end........'.Mr and Mrs time waster decided not to buy abroad after all'.
Only worth watching for the presenters.

I'm currently watching 'A place in the sun'.Simon and Caitlin(keen scuba divers) are checking out some pads on some Greek Island called 'Paros'? They've got a £140k budget.

So far Simon has spent more time checking out presenter Scarlette Douglas' ample curvage...

Update on this....fell through,miserable ****ers offered £9k less than the price wanted,owner dropped it £5k...No deal!!!

Oh well back to the U.K and they can always scuba dive in the local swimming baths
