Surely just a negative test would suffice? Why should you be restricted if you don't have the virus?
So do you think that this vaccine should be compulsory annually to all people? Because there is not enough research available to say that this won't all come back next year.
You're welcome too, for me enabling you to think outside the proverbial box!!

A negative test would be total and utter waste of time, all it proves is that you were negative at the time of the test, you could walk out of a testing centre and be infected 5 minutes later.

A reward for what? Believing you are saving yourself? Believing you are making yourself immune? Believing you can't spread it? Believing that it will bring an end to all of this. Do you honestly believe that by having this vaccine the reward, will be to allow for a normal life? Sorry RP IMO that is delusional.
When you say the anti vaxxers can do one, do you mean, not get treated if they/we become ill?
I wouldn't say the same to those that develop a heath issue reaction to the vaccine, must, just make me a nicer person!!

    'A reward for what?'
Getting back to a normal life.

'When you say the anti vaxxers can do one, do you mean, not get treated if they/we become ill?'
Yep, you and your mate Piers Corbyn.
    Do one.

    And you 'nicer'?
    Absurd and selfish.

Infected to carry the virus? Same goes for a person that's been vaccinated...By having the vaccine wont stop the virus going in your system, it just enables your immune system to fight it better.....won't stop you from spreading it. You could still sneeze the virus about or carry it by touching things..

And depending on, how long the vaccine is effective for, which we don't know as yet, that's a lottery too, plus none of them are 100% effective.
There will still be a large part of the population not able to have the vaccine, pregnant women or looking to conceive within 3 months, breast feeding mums. All children under 16 (the biggest spreaders), anyone with allergies especially allergic to any of the ingredients,

Even once the greater population have been vaccinated, we will be told to continue with measures put in place and nobody knows for how long.

Interesting........ kind of backs up my theory....

Previous coronavirus infection reduces reinfection risk by 83%

Yes but "the coronavirus medical experts" and mass followers will still expect you to have the vaccine, even though you are more likely to be immune than those that receive it......If you don't, you will be labelled an anti vaxxer, selfish and want you banned from attending social events!! <doh>
If you don't conform, just think of yourself to being an outsider!! <laugh>

IMO, I'd rather take my chances and get the virus rather than having something injected into my body, that's been out for a few weeks, tested so quickly on very few people they know so little about, which can still be possibly transmitted....

And as Redprintt would say.................................they can do one!!

Seriously though, it seems new variants of the virus are emerging all the time, as with the common cold which is a form of the Coronavirus there has never been a vaccine produced to eradicate it.. This could be a similar situation and at some point, if these vaccines are not seen to be 100% effective, as is with the common cold, we will all have to learn to live with it!!

the number of deaths due to time of year[ normal for ] are drastically down.... is that because a lot of the likely victims took the jab or the weak / vulnerable have already departed?

No, why would the jab have any effect? More likely because the stats given are all over the place and those usual deaths you are referring to are being registered as Coronavirus deaths...
It's not even proven that this so called lockdown does anything, could even make things worse.

The more I think about this the more ridiculous it seems.....By the time they get to vaccinate the age group that they are probably looking at, there will be hundreds of other strains of the virus.....plus loads of legal issues.......

The usual absurd logic. Who compares the common cold with Covid. Bar you.
I see the Intensive Care units each night on the box with folk suffering with Covid, struggling for sometimes their last breath.
I'll take the common cold anytime.

PS, I'm with that Plumbing Boss, (unless a medical reason) ban all from everything if they don't have the vaccine.

The common cold & Covid is all parts of Coronavirus matey..Try doing some research rather than duplicating everything you're told by the mainsteam.
And if you bothered with the context of what I was referring to you wouldn't be blabbing such utter nonsense.
Answer some questions RP....Are there many strains that form the common cold?
Are they now finding more and more strains of Covid?
Do they know that the vaccine will eradicate 1. Covid 19? 2. Any of the new strains?
As new strains of the virus form (and they will) it will takes months if not years if ever to eradicate it completely, only a fool should think otherwise!!
Charlie Mullins's plumbing company is using free publicity mate..very clever, sucking in the likes of you...open your eyes!!

I get where you’re coming from, but I’d prefer the flu to Covid 19 any day, you are right we aren’t going to eradicate it , but hopefully bring it to a similar level to the flu.
