whats an extra fiver to the £800/900 on the same bet over the last few years..

 

I never spend more than £10 a week with the bookies and don't even have a bet most weeks but felt compelled to have a bash at city v's s****horpe last week.

I put £2 down for a 3-0 win, £2 down for a 3-1 win £2 down for a 4-0 win and same again for 5-0 and 5-1 the price for 5-1 was 80 to 1 so I didn't feel like a mug as I swaggered into Coral on Monday morning

 

i do all my betting online now, must admit i do miss that feeling of walking back in with as winning slip...
