Going by the pictures I've seen then Celtic have breached most of them.

But hey, they're abroad so it doesn't count!

So Celtic have to be in a "bubble" in Scotland but when they go to Dubai they don't need to and when they come back to Scotland their "bubble" is bran new?

If in doubt said:
You are arguing that they are following the rules of the country they are in. That is correct fundamentally but it doesn't matter a **** to the SPFL. Celtic as a club, have to follow SPFL rules no matter where they are. That means 'bubbling' as a team/squad even if Dubai let you socialise with others. Celtic players can't go to Portugal for example where drugs have been de - criminalised and all get on the lines just cause Portugal allow it. The SPFL would still apply their laws when they are back. If Celtic have broken the club bubble then of course the SPFL can punish then. Doesn't matter if they've done it in Motherwell or on the Moon.

I am really struggling to understand why the Dhims can't understand why their teams Covid "bubble" has to be adhered to wherever they happen to be on this flat earth.

It's not fùcking rocket science ffs.
