The Panama Papers was a multinational scandal that demonstrated bad actions by people from all over the world, including the US and Russia.
Why wouldn't he want to publish them, let alone want to slag off those leaking them and doing it themselves?

No charges should be held against this man and if Britain has any morals then they will give him protection from foreign agents who will come looking for revenge.

Unfortunately these days with people able to pick and choose news sources based on political preference and most American news sources resembling editorials more than news sites... People read what they want to hear.
I don't know if anyone really believes what Trump is saying, but they certainly act like it.
The left and the middle is appalled by what Trump is trying to do... But there are certainly enough people on the right supporting the charade... Although I think they're the minority. There are a lot of Republicans who are appalled what Trump is doing to their party and the democratic process.
He does come across as a bit weird though. Probably best he’s locked up forever just in case.

There's nothing in the charges about him successfully hacking anything himself.

He's been charged as a co-conspirator with Chelsea Manning and LulzSec, the hacking group.
He gave one of them a list to hack and the bloke was already a grass for the FBI.
