No, because the 'stupid', after the dots, makes it unnecessary imo.

It changes it from a question to a rhetorical question.

You could argue, in that case, that you should have an exclamation mark or a full stop.

I feel, however, that the smiley negates the need for further punctuation.

No mate, put the bins out this morning. Might go in the kitchen for a can later.
