I will be totally honest, loved the first 15 episodes but then it got a bit dragged out. I’m hoping it improves in series 2
It’s taken me some time to get into it but then the reveals in later episodes were good. I’ve started S2 and I feel like I’m starting a journey again to get to the good bits.

Enjoyed it as well! Perhaps a bit slow at times, but interesting nevertheless.
Bit of a dream to come across something like that, from a journalist point of view

I'd recommend you to have a look at Spotlight if you haven't seen it, ironically enough also with Mark Ruffalo

Watched it and agree with your comments. Dialogue was a little difficult to follow in some parts but that may be due to my new TV. Best sound by miles I have ever had on a TV set was on a Grundig model many years back.

Loved 'Bridgerton' and for me it rates at 5 stars. One review said 'there could have been a little more sex on the stair wells' which really made me chuckle!

In self isolation, rewatching Twin Peaks for the umpteenth time.

For anyone out there that has still never seen it, please do. It's one of the greatest shows ever made and I think could be my favourite show ever (that isn't a comedy at least)

Weird thing is, that episode is exactly where I am up to <laugh> <yikes>

How very Lynchian.

So, in other words, I'm about to hit the 'lull' that is the middle of season two.

For those out there uneducated:
  • Season One and the first nine episodes of Season Two - superb.
  • Everything in S2 from episode 10 to episode 16 - not very good tbh.
  • Last 2 eps of S2 - superb.
  • The movie 'Fire Walk With Me' - dark and depressing as **** but fantastic. It's a prequel, but DO NOT WATCH BEFORE THE FIRST TWO SEASONS.
  • S3 aka 'The Return' - all superb. Episode 8 might be the best hour of television ever.

Watched the final 10 episodes of Vikings yesterday. Amazon nicked it of The History Channel and threw a load of money at it. It shows.

FLOKI!!!
