we've just started watching it
end of the first episode - wow i didnt see that coming.
i struggle with hearing the dialogue on a lot of american shows so need subtitles but then you end up watching them and miss out on small nuances etc.
My mate recommended this to me.
I told him I haven’t really watched Star Wars and he said he hadn’t either but still enjoyed it.
I’ve seen bits of them here and there of the original three with my Grandad but never watched all of them all the way through.
There have been three? I watched Star Wars in 1977 at the cinema. Have there been sequels?
Three trilogies now (plus spin offs) and another trilogy plus TV series planned as far as I know.
Watched the Disney Investors stream for the Marvel reveals.Good knowledge for someone who has never watched it
I watched The Irishman on Christmas Day.... De Niro and Paccino... excellent film... last. night watched Seven Pounds Will Smith another excellent watch...
Seven Pounds is good, leaked a few tears at the end of that one!
Just watched the first 2 episodes of The Queens Gambit. Enjoying it so far
Enjoyed it as well! Perhaps a bit slow at times, but interesting nevertheless.
Bit of a dream to come across something like that, from a journalist point of view
I'd recommend you to have a look at Spotlight if you haven't seen it, ironically enough also with Mark Ruffalo

Queens Gambit definitely worth watching. Not into chess but pleasantly surprised at the quality and content.
