That fixture list is horrific. It just shows you that although he has points on the board. We SHOULD have them on the board as we have some proper stinkers coming up.

De Marco and Fatima are not compensation chasers in the classic sense. If you are after compensation you sue the PL in the high court for restraint of trade. Sports arbitration is for issues of dispute resulting from application of sporting bodies regulations. For arguments sake if it was compensation, an arbitration panel would not award damages on a scale thst someone like Ashley would seek.
Ashley has instructed two top QC's who specialise in sports law, regulatory law and public law. They are following the Sports arbitration process.
Shaheed Fatima represents nations and bodies where issues of public law, I.e. legal separation of state bodies, arise. That alone points towards chasing a legally binding ruling confirming separation of PIF and Saudi. Achieve that then De Marco comes into play- conduct of the PL. Ashley would seek correct application of the PL test according to the rules of natural justice.
The takeover is the end goal.
