Yes Steve we have made progress. Yes pundits we should really enjoy the football. Yes Chris Sutton we should love what SB gives us. Hey savage we enjoy the quality......
Or we could just put a banner there..... oh we did that. It was removed. We could call Chris Sutton and..... oh he thinks SB is doing a fantastic job. Ah Robbie sava...... he likes him too. Let’s just appreciate the sheer quality that we see week in week out. SB gives us something to hold onto.
This is the solution - the club is currently "for sale" at the price of £310m or so, which is basically £200m for the club and £110m for the Ashley interest-free loan. The club itself, particularly in its current state, simply isn't worth £310m no matter how you spin it. Nothing is free, really, in this world. Ashley's "advertising" that he paid NUFC precisely £0 for for around 10 years, before then paying pennies for the last 3 or 4 year, was undervalued by around £100m and that's what he has set the club back. Ironic that he's "owed" about the same amount as he owes the club. So the solution is simple - NUFC and Ashley call it even, he writes off the loan as advertising/marketing expense and the club is then available for the market value of £200m. We would be sold before the end of the week. Somebody needs to let the fat one know about karma, inform him that is is indeed a bitch and get him to cough up the money he owes the club. That way all will be well again.
Trouble is that Ashley is insistent that the club owes him. He owes the club a fortune due to his disastrous decisions.
It’s all gone very VERY quiet on the takeover front and we are very close to the transfer window opening. Worrying!
I don't know why is so difficult to understand.. There's only 2 scenarios The delaying is coming to an end 1.Win arbitration and stay up it's done. 2.Win arbitration but get relegated and it's over forever.
It's all been about delay from the premier league... They've delayed almost to the end now... The games up
