"Wish you were here" is one of my favourite songs.
Intro - wise, Led Zeppelin "Immigrant song" takes some beating. Along with "Innuendo" by Queen, "Jumpin' Jack Flash" by the Rolling Stones and "Come together" by the Beatles. Recently I think "Blinding Lights" is a pretty good intro.
