Realistically, he's got around 2/3 months max to sort this out. If we're hovering around the drop zone at the end of Feb/March then I think the club will pull the trigger. The club need to back him in Jan and go out and get a creative mid as we're badly lacking ideas in the middle. It will be a massive embarrassment for Arsenal to sack Arteta after telling everybody about the 'project', but if results don't start turning around and we don't put some points on the board, then I think the club will see that as being less embarrassing then getting relegated.
