There's a video of it, do a search ;)

It was readily available news.
Like I said, I'm not a fan of any politician.
And I'm certainly not going to get into an argument with a biased little fan boy ;) :p
Well you got it wrong when you said the Conservatives dismantled the NHS, so I'm wondering if you have this wrong, too. I know which video you are talking about. Are you sure that wasn't propaganda that you have fell for or are you saying Boris Johnson and the Tories definitely cheered because the NHS staff weren't getting a pay rise?

It was on a pig farm mate.
David Cameron was balls deep in porky pigs mouth and Jeremy Corbyn was asking Diane Abbott to fart for a clue whilst holding a lit zippo
ahh that's it i hate pigshite so im out however could you give DH4 a heads up and keep Abbott there for him as a xmas treat he will be in his element then

I'm not arguing, pal :emoticon-0109-kiss:

You came to me and started talking about where you thought the Tories had ****ed up. You were wrong in your accusations so there's nothing wrong with me wanting to debate it, now. Surely?

Computers are for teenage boys btw :emoticon-0105-wink:

I wasn't wrong, the tories are cùnts.
Since your a tory you only take news to suit your agenda.
;)
They are all cùnts is my point, it's trying to choose between the lesser evil i find hard these days and why i don't vote.
Although the monster raving loony party seem the best bet ;)

My father served his time as a fitter for the coal board in the North east and when the Tories shìt on every working man under thatcher i couldn't believe my father turning against Arthur skargil.
You do a search of how far the witch went to discredit him ;)

Not just in the daily mail or other tory rags you read ;)

hey ho its how you see it mate my fathers family were all miners 3 brothers at the vane tempest Seaham, and 3 at Ryhope most of them hated Scargill's guts for always bringing them out on strike, from the best paid job most ever had and never got again when the pits closed, its was partly due to Maggie never wanting to be held to ransom again by stockpiling coal enough to outlast any strike, and the EU negotiations for joining like the shipyards, the coal industry had to succumb as well, due to German influence in coal cars steel ships and fishing, but its now time to get back to what we were

I've probably got the same point of view as you.
The trouble is there isn't a decent option between either party.

And can @Saff produce some evidence for the Tories funding the NHS ?
That will be interesting :)

The government were allowing return holiday flights to countries engulfed in the epidemic ...

... absolutely ridiculous.
Yep, but wasn’t the Govt recommendation/advice “not to travel”? This had the effect of reducing numbers leaving it to the airlines to cancel flights/holidays. Not sure of all the legalities tho.

Anyway, just saying it’s not as easy as flicking a switch to cancel international flights.

My opinion is that the pandemic has been an unpredictable moving target since the off, and I’m awful glad it wasn’t me having to make the decisions.

Keeping all happy in this situation has been impossible. Definitely a case of “Damned if you do, and Dammed if you don’t.

Like I said earlier I’m no fan of BOJO, but I genuinely think he’s making a good fist of it in the circumstances. I’d agree tho that his communication skills are not brilliant.

Strikes were bad press for United Kingdom but the government sold us down the river.
Quick fix Maggie.
Sold gas etc.
Scargill was very close. They were watching him and undermining his every move, the press reporting hand fed bullshìt killed it and it faded to a whimper.

Tories got their way and the new dawn began, shipyards, steel industry etc all sold off to foreign shìte but hey.
We've got call centres now and snowflake office workers who do as they are told and judge everyone on social media.
Wonderful dystopia ;)

The government were openly allowing holiday flights to Spain despite the virus spreading rapidly.

It was the airlines who decided it was crazy.

"Jet2 planes heading to Spain turned back in mid-air on Saturday as the airline cancelled all flights to the country because of the Covid-19 pandemic.

The decision follows a sharp increase in infections in Spain and a rise in the death toll to 120.

The government has declared a two-week state of emergency and placed 60,000 people in four towns under mandatory lockdown on Friday."
