Things are good with me and I'm still living in Coulsdon. Still looking overseas for contract work but until the economy stabilises I'm prepared to hold out with the current job.

Thursday evening saw Newcastle's Haris Vuckic make a playing return after five weeks on the sidelines with a hand injury sustained on his Premier League debut.

The 19 year-old played for the second half of Slovenia's 1-1 draw with Sweden in an U21 European Championship qualifier in Trelleborg. However there was no place in the Sweden squad for fellow Magpie, Ole Soderberg.

In Vaduz meanwhile, United defender Davide Santon captained Italy U21s to a 7-2 victory over Liechenstein, playing for the first 74 minutes.
