We should be treating this period as a real pre-season which Johnson obviously didn't get. Let's turn it into a benefit, get players properly fit and playing the same game, however we have to do it. (I suppose now, someone will tell me that the manager and players can't mix at all.)
If your last paragraph is wrong but I wouldn’t be at all surprised if it’s not, this could be the best thing to happen for Johnson great time to get his ideas across with no pressure
i hope the club have a good 'zoom' set up (or similar) be far too easy for players to feel they can relax a wee bit too much over the festive isolation. with the academy closed i am not sure if they have facilities at the SoL for training/gym work so they could move to the ground, guess that will depend on how many have to isolate...end of the day, fitness levels are mainly going to be down to the players themselves, LJ going to have to get ideas across on video call then have limited time to try them out with the team. the one 'good part' of this is we could potentially, finally, have a fully fit squad for LJ to take a look at. now, having already downloaded Heroes of might and magic HD edition and the upgraded Carmageddon to keep me occupied through any 'no game period'...what other games should i revisit i wonder?
i got one of 'The Witcher' then remembered why i have not attempted it for a long while...so many key combos needed, i am a 'point and click' type player.
Valhalla is easy to suss, very user friendly. The maps are absolutely huge as well. It's one of them where you can just go and explore the vast open world if you desire. I am a bisexual Norseman, get attacked on sight in Shropshire and Lincolnshire, I am despised there because of my sexual activities.....lol.
Mate, as soon as I saw it was called Valhalla I knew there would be gay things in it, mind I haven't seen sight or sound of any paratroopers yet.
Could it potentially put pressure on SD? We are going to be further down the table albeit having played less games but promotion will look even further away.
Is Valhalla open world. I liked parts of the early creeds but not the restrictions on Travelling or the combat . I only play ESOL but wouldn't mind an alt for a change
Aye mate it's massive as well. Loads of missions, side missions, collectables etc, or just jump in and explore, you don't have to have any quests set.
