So you live a block off 4 flats.... All was very peaceful, until someone got stabbed to **** downstairs (drugs )
Then the old dear on the other side died.

All was peaceful, but new neighbours.. ****s downstairs have got a dog....A puppy, little yappy ****y thing.

So what do you do, in a block where no pets are allowed?

Nah I'd knock on their door and ask them to control their pet. Not much to expect is it?

Ignore it or try and befriend it when you see it out. It's new surroundings and probably pissed off with having a miserable fooker living above it. Other option is buy yourself some ear muffs. :cheesy:
